DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Drives results by ensuring the proper implementation and maintenance of PANDORA visual merchandising strategies and initiatives.

 Supports the store team by providing direction, support and training in visual merchandising, brand standards and product styling.

 Tracks and communicates sales and inventory data based on merchandising decisions and initiatives.

 Plans, conducts, coordinates and implements the execution of all related Pandora Visual Merchandising guidelines and directives.

 Drives business performance results by identifying and adapting Visual Merchandising solutions and leading store team members to maximize sales.

 Ensures store management and team members are trained on how to interpret PANDORA Visual Merchandising standards to maximize the customer shopping experience.

 Manages and resolves Visual Merchandising challenges that include adaptations to store floor plans, fixture layouts, VM directives & guidelines, as impacted by or based on sales trends, product inventory, and out of stocks.

 Fosters highly effective cross-functional partnerships/relationships with PANDORA Territory Manager through consistent communication, feedback, and support.

 Supports their respective Territory Manager and Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating store team members to develop VM skills that drive/increase sales performance and results.

 Understands how to read sales reports, analyses business results, applies knowledge to training & in-store execution, and links Visual Merchandising Standards and Presentation to impact overall business results.

 Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA Brand.

 Leads VM Scorecard walkthrough with PANDORA Territory Manager during monthly visits.

 Provides insights into merchandising presentation decisions and business results.

 Completes all assigned or required PANDORA trainings as scheduled (i.e. LINK).

 Handles minor customer complaints and issues and knows how to escalate when needed as customer service and satisfaction leader.

 Maintains store-level compliance with company standards of safety, security, facility maintenance, postings/notifications and other administrative duties.

 Maintains knowledge of retail math and behavior's that drive KPIs.


 Partners with store manager in customer service, sales training, loss prevention, and daily store operations.

 Maintains accountability for driving personal and store metrics to achieve store goals.

 Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Carries supervisory responsibilities per organization's policies and applicable laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 Prior experience or training in visual merchandising.

 High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Computer skills required: POS Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Other skills required:

o Must be engaging, passionate, energetic, outgoing, focused and enthusiastic
