World Class Service
The BCare Protection Plan covers factory defects in parts and in labor from normal use of your product for a full 2 years after purchase. Our trained technicians will endeavor to provide any required service as accurately and efficiently as possible. If we cannot repair your product up to our standards, we offer a replacement in accordance to the details of the Plan. Moreover, if a repair takes more than 24 hours to complete, you are entitled to a loaner for the period of the repair. Rest assured that we have you covered under BCare.
