Returns and Exchanges

Online orders may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable, if applicable.

Please follow the following steps:

  • Contact [email protected] for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number making sure to include your order number in the email subject.
  • We will send you a free return label only after an RMA number has been issued.

Full refunds (less the original shipping charge) will be issued upon approval that the product is returned in its original condition.

There will be no returns for:

  • Custom jewelry orders
  • Rings ordered in sizes other than 7 which is the default ring size. Other sizes are considered customized and non-refundable
  • Items returned without an issued RMA number
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations after being inspected by our representatives

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of original online purchase.

Please follow the following steps:

  • Contact [email protected] informing what you would like to exchange. Ensure your order number is in the email subject.
  • Ship your order to us using the USPS label and instructions we provide you.
  • Upon approval that the product is returned in its original condition, we will send a $8.00 shipping invoice over email to you to pay after which we will ship your new product to your address.

Please note that items purchased as “Last Chance” or “Sale” are considered FINAL purchases and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
