You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction expect that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. 10.1

If your package requires a signature upon delivery to the address you specify on your order, Boolchand’s unfortunately cannot take responsibility for items lost or stolen if the package is accepted and signed for by someone other than yourself (such as, but not limited to, a Front Desk clerk)

10.2

All delivery transit times mentioned on this site are as per the shipping company and we are not responsible for any delays on their end.

11.1

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your transaction, including without limitation your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card utilized in connection with any transaction. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. A valid Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card number is required for payment. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to the price of the products ordered. Title to all products and risk of loss or damage will pass to the buyer upon shipment from Boolchand’s.
