10. Purchases

10.1 If your package requires a signature upon delivery to the address you specify on your order, Boolchand’s unfortunately cannot take responsibility for items lost or stolen if the package is accepted and signed for by someone other than yourself (such as, but not limited to, a Front Desk clerk)
