Responsibilities:

• Supervisors are responsible for supporting the store Manager in the daily business operations of a retail store

• General task include supervising employees

• Communication with and helping customers and carrying out directives given by the manager

• Supervise and train staff

• Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback

• Stock inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customers interest

• Display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal

• Nightly and daily paperwork

• Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
