Description

• Deliver customer service to our corporate base and prospects by receiving and taking ownership of all customer queries.

• Manage communication via email and phone, draft and submit quotations, respond to queries, follow up as needed, and have regular after-sales touch bases to ensure that execution has been successful and to inquire into additional needs. Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

• Take Mandatory training to learn about products and solutions offered by brand partners.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Papiamento are required; Dutch and Spanish is a pre

• Proven experience as an Administrative/Accounting Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant is a pre
