 That’s why we’re introducing BCare, our new extended warranty service, to allow you to secure your investment.

What is BCare?

Our customers count on us to provide long-lasting, high-quality products.

At times, despite our best efforts and beyond our control, it can happen that of the millions of units produced of a particular product, a small percentage are assembled with a defect. 

These defects, whether software or hardware related, may occur randomly during the life of a device and affect its performance. 

We’ve developed BCare to provide peace of mind and to ensure the flow of your life continues undisrupted after your purchase. 

A BCare plan covers the cost of repairing or replacing a product in case of a manufacturing defect for up to two years after purchase. 

Our qualified technicians will endeavor to provide any required service as accurately and efficiently as possible, in accordance with the details set out in the contract. 

If the product requires a repair that may take more than 24 hours to complete, the owner of a Plan is entitled to a loaner for the period of repair.

In the case where a product cannot be repaired up to Boolchands’ standards, a replacement will be given.

What's covered under a BCare Plan and what's not?

Covered under BCare: 

  • Factory defects in parts and in labor from normal use of the product
  • Both software and hardware defects
  • Two repairs by qualified technicians
  • One replacement within the Coverage Term, if necessary
  • A loaner for the period of repair if it takes more than 24 hours
  • In-store priority care

Not covered under BCare:

  • Incidental or consequential damage
  • Cosmetic damage to the Product's case or frame or any non-operating part
  • Any pre-existing conditions that occur before the purchase of the Plan
  • Defects or damages resulting from service or repair by anyone other than Boolchand's

 

How to purchase a BCare plan

You may purchase in-store or online at boolchand.com at the time of purchase of the product or within 14 days of purchase.
